Cheating With Indesign

A lot of the Indesign assignments that you will undertake come with embedded PDFs of the finished product in the student handouts. Even images and diagram can be helpful if they are to scale. You can usually right-click on images to save them to your computer's hard disk.

When setting up the Indesign document, you can place the PDF or image that you have captured on the bottom layer, and then use it as a template to construct your finished piece.

An example of using this method is located here.

For the most part, I have posted Indesign packages for the grading templates that I use for these assignments. Captures that I have made are contained in the packages.
